Steve,
I found your article this morning on the fear of pain which makes sense. I have been living under fear and anxiety for months. I entertained the idea of getting a prescription from my doctor to hide under. I now understand that actually going into those painful "feeling" will help me release the fear.
I just wanted to say "Thank You for your posting".

Simple mesmerizing..felt like I am reading my own story to the last word. My whole life ran thru my eyes like a fast moving flashback. You put words to events, characters and happenings in my life. Though it is an old post, I chanced upon, while searching for Rainbow of intention, but I will surely keep a tab on it from henceforth.

Wish I knew you, earlier in life, as a friend.

Many Thanks,

Thank you-these are -really insightful -i think ..helpful essays-well articulated and well presented. i sure can relate to both the writings on "fears" and the first one i read -dealing with the upstart -ego and it,s ability to prioritize reacting in a oneupmanship way to external eventsand the consequent pall that inevitably turns into. Many thanks!!

Great article, thank you. A lot of what you said calls to mind Toltec philosophy, where living impeccably and building personal power are the primary goals. It seems to me a lot of personal development proponents put the cart before the horse for an audience that craves the quick and easy. But true personal development isn't served up like a #1 on a fast food menu. It takes times and dedicated effort to build the foundation for lasting growth and results.

What a great overview! I always listen to my "gut" instinct and when I don't I wish I had! There is something to be said for thinking too much... it can in fact hold you back. Great site!

Finding the balance between being informed and being inundated with the news -- particularly with the events of today -- is almost an art form! I stopped watching the news when I discovered being "smart" did not make me better. You have to decide as an individual what matters most to you and personally, focusing on the wrongs takes me out of the energetic space I need to set a high intention. Its not worth it to me!

This article is insightful. Many people may not perceive it that way, but I totally agree with your take on what we attract to our lives. If we have the power to attract the good with our beliefs and thoughts, then we must be unconsciously attracting the bad when it comes along.
